Important details regarding the REHEARSAL & PERFORMANCE commitment

 -  The cast meets once a month on ZOOM beginning in early February 2025 (dates TBD).

- Throughout rehearsals we hold "one on one" ZOOM rehearsals with various actors and the director. The time and dates are determined by each person's availability.

- In April some lead roles rehearse twice per month and individual rehearsals continue.

 - All actors are REQUIRED to participate in the 5 days of IN-PERSON rehearsals at the Botanical Garden that begin the SATURDAY before each play opens.

- The in-person rehearsals continue all week for approximately 4 hours each day (some smaller roles are not needed everyday). But

- EVERYONE is REQUIRED to attend the approximately 5 hour long DRESS REHEARSAL the day before OPENING.

   - A STIPEND payment will be rewarded to each actor to cover travel and expenses at an EQUAL AMOUNT (the larger roles and the smaller roles receive the same amount and the actors in the Children's play also receive the same amount). The amount is based on donations received and is still to be determined, but we hope to confirmed the amount for the in-person rehearsals and the 3 performance days, before rehearsals begin in February, please standby.
